  • The Pavilions at Nara Unveils Exciting New Openings in Bacolod

    Color, food, smiles – all the staples when you think of Bacolod, what’s not to love? Offering rich culture and history, this city strikes the perfect blend of urban progress and rural charm.     Mitsuyado Sei-Men

    Mitsuyado Sei-Men will be bringing its infamous Tsukemen to the City of Smiles. Breaking away from the ramen scene, their Japanese dipping noodles have become quite the Manila-favorite. In celebration of their opening, they will be offering special promos to customers who will be dropping by for the next two weeks! 

    The Tsukemen For All offers the first seven (7) customers every day during their first week a free Yuzu Tsukemen.
