  • How to shop through Rockwell On Demand via The Rockwellist mobile app

    Rockwell’s patrons can now get all their Power Plant Mall needs right in the comfort of their homes, as Rockwell On Demand is now on the Rockwellist mobile app! 

    Rockwell On Demand is a safer and more convenient way of getting essentials and other needs from the mall, especially during these times. Simply download The Rockwellist mobile app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store  and fill out the form. This covers the entire shopping journey—from ordering, purchasing, to doorstep delivery. 

    Delivery fees will be waived to nearby Makati villages from August 13 to 31, 2021. Customers who will book through The Rockwellist mobile app from August 13 to 15 will also get a FREE Rockwellist umbrella with their Rockwell On Demand orders!

    Here’s how we can help you shop:

    Step 1: Use your Rockwellist app and click on the Rockwell On Demand tab at the bottom of your screen.

    Step 2: Pick a Rockwell On Demand service you’d like to avail of.

    Step 3: Input your order details. Type in the store you’d like to shop from and items for purchase. You also have the option to put an alternative, or remove the order in case the items are not available. Relevant documents such as senior citizen IDs and prescriptions can also be uploaded.

    Step 4: Once you’ve filled out the form with your order, click the checkout button and select your location for delivery. Payment details will be sent to your email.

    Contact-tracing forms— they can be a bother. It’s necessary but it takes away precious time off from shopping just the same. Rockwell hears you, and now takes the pain away from filling up forms by partnering with HealthBadge. It’s much safer, and makes for a smoother customer journey.  

    The HealthBadge is a QR code that will serve as your all-access pass to Rockwell’s retail establishments without having to fill up forms every time you enter a store, beginning December 12. All you need to do is have your HealthBadge scanned at their entrance. It’s contactless, ensuring your shopping is safe, and uninterrupted. The best part is, you only need to register once. It’s even more secure since your contact details will not be exposed. 

    Here’s how to get your own HealthBadge:

    Step 1:

    Visit contacttracing.therockwellist.com and click on Get HealthBadge. Enter your mobile number, and wait for an SMS verification code.

    Step 2:

    Verify your mobile no. by entering the code sent to you, and fill out the required details completely. A unique personal QR code will be sent to you. Save it as a favorite image.

    Step 3:

    Present your HealthBadge QR code for authorized personnel to scan it before entering any store. This code is valid at Rockwell establishments in Power Plant Mall, Santolan Town Plaza, Rockwell Business Center – Sheridan, East Bay Retail Row, and  Arton Strip.
