Grand Christmas parties may be cancelled this time, but festive feasts certainly aren’t. Stay cozy inside your home, where the living room is just as exciting a place to dress up and dine in, fabulously.
From deeply smoky and tangy chorizo Charcuterie boards to the freshest and most flavorful Temaki rolls, here we give you delightful ideas on what to serve and feast on, with friends and families, while celebrating online. Great food is an antidote to being miles apart.
Cave into your craving for Japanese with Teppan Okochi’s selection of Temaki—handmade sushi rolls wrapped in special nori. Choose from 20 exciting flavors to keep you company for your virtual Christmas festivities. Each roll is kept crisp and fresh until your first bite, even when you order from home.
You can also enjoy their well-loved rolls with their 100% organic juice from Aomori, Japan, where Fuji apples are harvested. Rich, flavorful, and guilt-free.

Grazing boards complete any event, even more so when paired with a glass of wine. Barcino’s Charcuterie Boards will put you in the holiday mood with their delectable selection of cured meat, cheeses, and more.
A must-try variant is the Chorizo and Cheese Platter, with signature slices of smoked chorizo. The Spanish delicacy complements the taste of rich wine, made better on a festive occasion with friends.

Nothing says Christmas like a plate of something naughty and nice. These Fried Squash Flowers are the perfect virtual party treat, with the right balance of healthy and savory. Have a bite of squash blossoms, fried and wrapped with prosciutto, and filled with mascarpone.
Satisfyingly crunchy and with just the right amount of saltiness and sweet creaminess, this snack will put you in a good mood for the rest of the evening.

After almost two years in lockdown, everyone is missing traditional party eats for comfortable get-togethers with people we hold dear.
For a more savory dish, Bun Appetit’s SPR Salad is complete with the seafood goodness of shrimp and the salty hint of parmesan. These pan-seared shrimp skewers are glazed with honey lemon dressing for a tangy note, laid on top of a generous serving of arugula.

Put a modern twist to pizza nights with hand-tossed, authentic Italian goodness from Casa Nostra. Their menu of mouthwatering flavors will leave you wanting to take a bite out of every slice.
Their well-loved offering is the personal pizza. Delight in a base of your choice, paired with a generous serving of toppings. There’s a thrilling selection of sauces, cheese, and vegetables to choose from—so you can have your meal just the way you want it.
Just as you are what you eat, what you surround yourself with reflects your personality and nourishes your living space.
After a year of staying in from day to night, it’s time we refresh our homes to be more than just a place to eat and rest.
Whether you’re an art aficionado who’s always on the lookout for new pieces, or a comfort curator who wants to build a peaceful space, Rockwell makes your interior projects exciting with these home décor mood boards curated by fellow Rockwellists. Save these for your next shopping trip or use as inspiration and make your own!

For the lovers of art, these accent pieces from Vania Romoff deserve a spot in your abode. Those featured in this mood board are part of Vania Romoff’s home décor line, a collaboration with local design company, Ren Marble. The Casa collection is made through the artistry of skilled carvers and sculptors, with raw marble blocks hand-picked locally in Romblon.
Taking inspiration from local mythical goddesses like Lakapati and Mayari, brand owner Vania Romoff explains that each piece is “curved and soft—an ode to the female body.” The impressive attention to detail in these carefully designed items are meant to add life to every corner.
And indeed, who wouldn’t be thrilled to bring aesthetic excitement to a home? Minimalism is a thing of the past. “Your home interiors should make you feel good,” brand owner Vania shares. “The process [of collecting and decorating] is exciting and fulfilling. It’s a reflection of your individual taste and style.”

“Warm and welcoming” are words used by Philux CEO Stephanie Kienle Gonzalez and Head of Design Jessica Kienle Maxwell, when asked what it means to have a home for the modern family.
Representing a contemporary Filipino take on mid-century silhouettes, these items from Philux will give a comfortable, reassuring ambiance to any space. This mood board is curated by both Stephanie and Jessica for Rockwellists who are driven by a design aesthetic that’s family-centered.
Love for family has always been ingrained in local culture, and Philux perfectly injects this to their ongoing collections made especially for the Filipino taste. “This year, we launched our first foray into outdoor living as the lanai has always been an integral extension of the Filipino home—be it for entertaining or for lounging around—and has grown to be a place many of us spend an increasing amount of time during the pandemic.”
With the home at the center of our lives today, Philux helps us put our families first with interiors that build a sophisticated yet comfortable lifestyle for those we hold dear.

What is a home if not a place to seek comfort in? MAV Furniture brand owner Eric Po shares his thoughts on being a Comfort Curator, “In our daily routine, we always tend to find a comfort zone in our houses, whether it be a corner of your living room or your bedroom. We look for our own personal space.”
Bedrooms have always been a place to unwind after a long day. While each piece in this mood board may be simple and quiet, when put together, it creates a haven for its owner.
More so during the pandemic, it’s these spaces that help us cope with uncertainty. “Before, we took for granted the empty spaces and minute accents that now have become sources of inspiration. With nice cozy interiors and well-appointed furniture, we get to cherish even the most obscure corner as we spend more time in it,” Eric explains.
These handpicked pieces from MAV Furniture were curated to help you create a home you’ll love being stuck in, especially during the lockdowns.

Your trip to Power Plant Mall has never been safer. The Safety Seal, formally received on June 28, 2021, is the assurance you need. Present to grant Power Plant Mall the certification are Makati City Mayor Abby Binay, Congressman Luis Campos Jr., 2nd District of Makati, Atty. Maribert Pagente, Makati BPLO Head, Atty. Cherry Canda-Melodias, DILG-Makati Director, Atty. Ann Claire Cabochan, Assistant Secretary for Consumer Protection Group, DTI, and P/Col. Harold Depositar, Makati City Chief of Police.

Power Plant Mall Safety Seal Certification Ceremony (L-R) Tracey Castillo, Assistant Vice President for Residential and Retail Development of Rockwell Land Corp., P/Col. Harold Depositar, Tin Coqueiro, Vice President for Retail Development of Rockwell Land Corp. and General Manager of Power Plant Mall, Atty. Maribert Pagente, Nestor Padilla, President and CEO of Rockwell Land Corp., Makati City Mayor Abby Binay, Congressman Luis Campos Jr., Atty. Ann Claire Cabochan, and Atty. Cherry Canda-Melodias.
The certification program is an inter-agency initiative of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Health (DOH), and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) that awards establishments for compliance with public health standards. The seal is proof of Rockwell’s relentless efforts to protect its mall-goers since the start of the pandemic: the contactless thermal scanners; the ubiquitous automatic hand sanitizer dispensers; UV-sterilized escalator handrails; and a convenient online contact-tracing platform called HealthBadge.

To further keep the mall safe, Rockwell has started to vaccinate its tenants, security and housekeeping personnel, and service partners, in partnership with the Makati LGU. This is in line with the government’s pursuit to push for the vaccination of the A4 category, or frontliners in the essential sector. That indeed is another significant safety milestone.
“We at Rockwell have always strived to provide a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers. We are most grateful to Mayor Abby Binay and the Makati City Government for helping us make this possible by granting us the Safety Seal and vaccinating all our tenants and service partners. With this, we hope to give our shoppers a worry-free time at Power Plant Mall,” says Power Plant Mall General Manager, Tin Coqueiro.

You may now sit down for a meal comfortably and confidently at Rockwell’s outdoor dining destinations at the Lopez Drive, One Rockwell, and the Plaza Driveway. Social-distancing is the norm at the al fresco areas, which are also kept constantly clean.
As a way of saying ‘thank you’ to vaccinated mall visitors who are helping keep everyone safe, Power Plant Mall and its tenants are rewarding them with exciting discounts and free desserts at selected stores and restaurants.
A secure and pleasurable shopping experience remains a Rockwell promise to its customers. The Safety Seal validates that promise.
