  • Celebrate the Season with Rockwell Holiday Fairs

  • Santolan Town Plaza Illuminates the Holiday Season

    The holiday season has officially arrived at Santolan Town Plaza! On November 4, 2024, the retail hub celebrated the lighting of its Christmas tree and Rockwell’s emblematic duralights, becoming the first retail development to kick off the Christmas season in San Juan City.

    Rockwell executives, Manuel “Beaver” Lopez, President of Rockwell Club, Christine Coqueiro, Vice President for Retail Development, Tracey Castillo, Vice President of Marketing and Residential Development, and Jesse Tan, Vice President for Office Development, were joined by local officials such as Mayor Francis Zamora, Vice Mayor Angelo Agcaoili, and  Congresswoman Ysabel Zamora to celebrate this joyous occasion.     ArteFino once again returns to Rockwell Center this year with the theme KaPAMANA, as a testament to the Filipino people’s enduring spirit and rich legacy. The theme will not only highlight homegrown brands through bespoke creations but also revitalize local traditions by incorporating modern perspectives into their community. Running from August 22 to 25, the renowned fair will be held at The Fifth at Rockwell.

    Guests can also catch a glimpse of this modern touch to ArteFino’s offerings when they drop by their preview pop-up at the Rockwell Sales Lounge at Power Plant Mall, starting August 9.

    Rockwell and ArteFino have had a long-standing relationship ever since the fair was introduced in 2017 at Penthouse of 8 Rockwell. This served as the first venue of what has become a highly-anticipated event in the Filipino design scene, shining a light on modern Filipino craftsmanship. Since then, the event has been staged in different venues around Rockwell Center. Their shared passion for curated experiences allows guests to immerse in the intricacies of local culture, and its potential to evolve through unique designs in fashion and lifestyle pieces.  

    In 2018, ArteFino centered on the theme of PAMANA, which highlighted Philippine heritage through generational connections — showcasing relationships like best friends, grandparents and grandchildren, and parents and children. The fair continues to honor cultural heritage this year but infuses a modern twist to it. As Marimel Francisco explains, “The focus remains the same, but we are turning the spotlight on contemporary expressions that are rooted in our history. It’s essentially heritage, but not in an old-fashioned way.”

    Summer Socials

    A yearly summer tradition is making its way back to the limelight, with the Summer Socials bringing in additional dining and shopping experiences perfect for the summertime. Expect good food & drinks, new shopping finds, and music to groove to. Summer Socials will kick off at Power Plant Mall this March 15 to 17, 2024, at the Plaza Driveway. The annual summer fair’s next iterations will take place at the Grove Retail Row, this March 22 to 24, and at the Pavilions at Nara in Bacolod, this April 12 and 14. Last but not least, The Proscenium Retail Row will play host to the final edition of this year’s Summer Socials, this April 19 to 21 — with the summer fair setting up shop at the open air plaza, right in the middle of the alfresco areas, at Proscenium at Rockwell.

     

    The Rockwellist Summer Caravan

    Rockwell’s e-commerce shopping site is going physical again this summer, to deliver you chic accessories and everyday items — perfect for traveling, or just going out for fun.     One of the most awaited Rockwell events during the summer months is the annual Easter festivities, where kids and their parents get together and enjoy a day of fun-filled games and spectacular performances. This year’s Easter celebration, Rockwell’s Rockin’ Rabbit Racers, will be taking place at The Fifth at Rockwell this March 31, 2024.     Aside from the Easter festivities, Power Plant Mall will also have another event on April 26 to 28, with The Marketplace’s Flame & Flavors fair bringing in new dining choices and experiences to mall goers.
