  • Convert Your Rockwellist points to GCash Vouchers

    The long-awaited The Rockwellist x GCash Reward has arrived. A new way to enjoy your rewards: convert your points into GCash vouchers at your favorite Power Plant Mall stores. Dine out, shop the latest collections, or treat yourself to something special. Your points now go even further with the convenience of GCash.

    How to Convert Rockwellist Points to GCash Vouchers

    1. Log in to your The Rockwellist app.

    2. Tap the “Rewards” button on your homepage profile card.

    3. Select your desired store voucher and amount (P500 and P1,000).

    • P500 GCash Voucher = 5,000 Rockwellist Points
    • P1,000 GCash Voucher = 10,000 Rockwellist Points

    *After selection, you’ll be directed to your “MY REWARDS” page, where the claimed voucher will be placed.

    5. Once you’re ready to use the voucher, click “Use now.” A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the conversion.

    6. After tapping “Yes,” you’ll be redirected to the GCash app to log in.

    How to Use Your GCash Voucher

    1. After converting from the Rockwellist app, you will be redirected to the GCash app. Log in to your GCash account.

    2. The voucher claim page will appear automatically.  Tap “Claim” to redeem your voucher.

    3.Your voucher is now stored in your GCash Voucher Pocket. It will be applied automatically when you pay at any participating merchant partner.

    4. To use the voucher, simply scan the official GCash QR Code when paying at your chosen store. (Note: Vouchers can only be used at the brand’s Power Plant Mall or Rockwell Center branch.)

    Usage and Limitations

    Does the voucher expire?

    • The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of conversion.

    How many vouchers can I claim in a day?

    • You can claim one of each voucher denomination per brand per day. This means you can get both a P500 and a P1,000 voucher from the same brand on the same day.

    What mode of payments can I use?

    • The full amount must be paid using your GCash app. The voucher will only work if you scan the official QR Code powered by GCash. Any remaining balance after the voucher value cannot be settled in cash or other modes of payment.

    Can I use multiple vouchers in a single transaction?

    • No, vouchers may not be stacked nor combined in a single purchase. You may only use one voucher per transaction.

    Can I use the voucher for any purchase amount?

    • No, the total value of your purchase must be greater than the voucher value to successfully apply it. For example, to use a P500 voucher, your total receipt amount must be P501 or more.

    Can I use this in branches outside of Power Plant Mall and Rockwell Center?

    • No. Vouchers can only be used at the brand’s Power Plant Mall or Rockwell Center branch.

    What if I don’t have a GCash account?

    • A GCash account is required to redeem the voucher. Download and sign up for a GCash account today: download here.

    What should I do if my voucher doesn’t appear in my GCash app?

    • Kindly check your internet connection or try restarting the app. If the voucher still does not reflect in your GCash app, please email retailmarketing@rockwell.com with your conversion details.

    Following the success of his rehome restaurant and previous Balmori pop-up, The Test Kitchen and Anvil, Chef Josh Boutwood returns with Osteria, a 24-day dining experience from September 5 to 28, 2025 where he personalizes Italian cuisine with his own inventive approach.

    His vision is to interpret the art of Italian cooking with bold creativity and soulful simplicity. Inspired by Italy’s humble osterias—intimate spaces where food and conversation flow in harmony—Boutwood’s newest concept brings warmth to the table, where flavors flow as freely as the wine.

    Known for his philosophy of letting ingredients speak for themselves, Boutwood avoids unnecessary complication, instead applying his signature techniques to draw out their fullest expression.   • Khaiba Debuts at Balmori: Chefs Nouel Catis & Sonny Mariano Blend Filipino-Middle Eastern Flavors

    At first glance, Filipino and Middle Eastern cuisines may seem worlds apart, but look a little closer, and both share a love for bold flavors, warm hospitality, and food that tells a story.

    From June 12 to July 13, 2025, Khaiba comes to The Balmori Suites Chef’s Table as an exclusive pop-up exploring this unexpected harmony. The name comes from the Arabic word for shock, echoing the Filipino kakaiba—something different.

    Helmed by Chef Nouel Catis, the pastry talent behind the original Dubai Chocolate, and Chef Sonny Mariano, the award-winning culinary force behind Tasteless Food Group favorites, the collaboration explores the creative tension (and harmony) between Filipino soul food and Middle Eastern depth.

    The result? A bold, thoughtful menu that doesn’t follow the rules while honoring its roots. A truly kakaiba experience.

    Story Behind Khaiba

    Khaiba was born over dinner in Dubai, when Chefs Sonny Mariano and Nouel Catis met with Tasteless Food Group founder Charles Paw. One question sparked it all: What if Filipino flavors met Middle Eastern spice?

    For Chef Nouel, it’s a homecoming. After 16 years in acclaimed kitchens like Burj Al Arab, Sofitel Fiji, and Westin Beijing, he returns with a signature blend of Gulf techniques and Filipino soul.

    On the savory side, Chef Sonny, known for reimagining Filipino fare in Scout’s Honor and Seafood and Oyster Bar, brings heirloom ingredients, coconut milk, and bold umami into dialogue with Middle Eastern spices and methods.

    The Menu: Nostalgia Meets Nakakaiba

    Chef Sonny leads the savory menu, blending Filipino comfort with Middle Eastern influences. Expect at least two inventive plant-based dishes, alongside bold cocktails infused with labuyo, tamarind, ginger, and regional herbs for the perfect pairing.

    1. Overview

    Aruga Rockwellist Stays are overnight stays at Aruga Apartments by Rockwell redeemable using Rockwellist points following the established point system.

    2. Eligibility and Redemption

    • Each Rockwellist member may redeem a maximum of two (2) Aruga Rockwellist Stays per calendar month. Blackout Dates (December 24, 25, 30, and 31) apply.
    • Redemption is limited to either two (2) separate 1-night booking or one (1) consecutive 2-night booking, regardless of room type.
    • Aruga’s additional services (e.g. massage services, food & beverages, parking, etc.) cannot be redeemed using Rockwellist points.
    • Aruga Rockwellist Stays are non-transferable and reservations made must be under the Rockwellist member’s name.
    • Redeemable overnight stays for eligible Rockwellist members according to the following point system:
      • 1BR Suite: 15,000 points (increased from 10,000 pts)
      • 2BR Suite: 25,000 points (increased from 15,000 pts)

    3. Reservation Process

    • An advance reservation of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date is required to redeem an Aruga stay using Rockwellist points.
    • Members must place their request through the Rockwellist app ‘Stays’ button to process their reservation. An email prompt will be received both by the member and the Aruga team once the request has been submitted.
    • An email from reservations@aruga.com.ph indicating their confirmation number will be received by the guest once their booking has been confirmed.

    4. Point and Promotion Rules

    • Aruga Rockwellist Stays do not earn Rockwellist points.
    • The redemption cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or offers.

    5. Modification and Cancellation

    • To reinstate any redeemed points, modifications or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
    • Points will be forfeited if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

    Terms and Conditions for Rockwellist Points Earning with Aruga

    1. Rockwellist members can earn points for every completed Aruga stay depending on the room type booked. Each room type earns equivalent points per night.

    2. The application of points is applicable only for bookings made via Aruga’s official website and direct channels (walk-in, phone in, email, SMS/Viber/Whatsapp)

    • Bookings made using corporate, wholesale, long stay, and other similar contracted rates are not eligible to accumulate Rockwellist points.

    3. Aruga Rockwellist points are non-transferable and are only applicable under the registered guest’s name.

    • Rockwellist points for bookings of Rockwellist Member made directly with the property or the Aruga website:
      • Studio Deluxe: 30 points
      • 1BR Premier: 35 points
      • 1BR Suite: 40 points
