Last but not least, for tonight’s dinner, it’ll be a comforting bowl of Laksa from Babu, from the Grid Food Market.
Rest and sleep easy in these all-natural bamboo sheets
With this cozy weather, slipping into ultra smooth and soft sheets is such a luxury, and these Bamboo Lyocell sheets from Doze Days are the best. Add into the equation a bottle of Diptyque’s Fleur de Peau (my favorite cocooning scent) and a nice cup of Gentle Sleep tea by Oh, Holiday!, and I’m never gonna leave this bed.
Hot meals on a cold day
Nothing says rainy season better than slurping on a hot bowl of ramen. Your trip to Marudori would not be complete without some Shoyu Paitan, a crowd favorite bowl of soy goodness. Their gyoza, made with a blend of chicken, seasoning, and veggies is definitely a must-try. I always enjoy the flavorful umami trip, with a delicious grilled chicken thigh right smack in the midst of the warm broth.
Staying cute and dry with this fashion staple
My rainy day favorite would have to be the signature dumpling bag from Beyond The Vines. It’s lightweight, made of textured, water-resistant nylon, and comes in different sizes and colors. Even their micro bag can fit a ton! Its strap is also adjustable for multiway wearing, perfect for a fashionable, and an on-the-go lifestyle, despite the storm clouds.

A warm bowl with pulled pork and marinated beef, with housemade meatballs, Vietnamese ham, some rice noodles, herbs, and spicy paste, it is just perfect for rainy nights and slow days.

Rainy days can mean limited outdoor activities, but being stuck at home doesn’t have to be boring, when you have the right items around you. Thanks to Muji’s Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser, I get to make sure my home environment is always fresh and pleasant, whether it’s in my bedroom or work area. Another favorite of mine for the cozy days spent inside is the Arroz Caldo of Merienda by Pan de Manila. Located in Santolan Town Plaza, in San Juan, Merienda by Pan de Manila makes a delicious Arroz Caldo and as a rainy day staple, perfect for cozy days at home.
Fashion meets function for the rainy occasion
No matter how many rainy seasons pass by, an umbrella is always gonna be a constant. With The Rockwellist Umbrella, I get to enjoy its functionality while flaunting its sleekness and sophistication. Another rainy season find I’d recommend are the Men’s Multi-Vent shoes by Ecco. A must have for any rainy day when I’m out is the Tory Burch 95 mm Miller Lug Sole Bootie in black. It’s fashionable, protects my feet from the rain, and I don’t get that fear of getting the boots soaked. This crisp and refreshing light Chinese green tea features that delicious lemon taste, and it really is the perfect way for me to end a meal on a good note.
An ultimate must-have for the season

One of my main go-to snacks during the rainy season is the Triple Choco Mallow from Mo’ Cookies. An All-Out Summer with Rockwell
With the return of greater certainty and stability, it’s time to bring back what the Rockwell community has sorely missed. It’s about time we reclaim summer, and Rockwell is going all-out this season with a whole lot of excitement. Outdoor weekend fairs and events, sunset street parties, and an all-new summer collectible tote await Rockwellists!
To kickstart the summer festivities, the Rockwell Weekend Market is back on all the weekends of March until April 10, along the Plaza Driveway, in partnership with Urbanpod Events and Spectrum Fair Manila. Heart Factory Accessories, Paul Raymond Studio, Pinkie’s Farm, and Good Nature Locale — they’ve got charms, crystals, and natural homegrown products. The summer experience transcends to Rockwell’s Greater Retail properties as Santolan Town Plaza and The Grove, and will also have their own weekend markets showcasing organic goods, local handicrafts, and more, on April 8-10 and May 6-8, respectively.
Summer gets even more interesting with the return of onsite events such as the annual Easter celebration. For the first time in two years, kids will experience egg-hunting in Rockwell again, with an exclusive outdoor celebration just for the little ones. Santolan Town Plaza – Valentine’s Day Promo 2022
The Santolan Town Plaza Valentine’s Promo shall run from February 11 to February 14, 2022.
The Santolan Town Plaza Valentine’s Promo is open to all Santolan Town Plaza Retail shoppers with the required minimum single receipt or accumulated purchase, at least 18 years of age, and with a Philippine address.
A shopper who acquires the following is qualified to receive only two (2) cinema passes from purchases in Santolan Town Plaza retail establishments during the promo period:
- A minimum single receipt or accumulated purchase of Php 5,000 from Santolan Town Plaza Stores
A customer is entitled to only two (2) cinema passes for the duration of this promo.
Purchases are only valid if transactions are made during the promo period, and are from any Santolan Town Plaza establishment.
Receipts from bill payments, account settlements, and purchases from temporary exhibitors (kiosks) are not qualified for the promo.
Customers must present the original copy of their single receipts (receipt dates should be from February 14 to 14, 2022) and a valid I.D. (driver’s license, work I.D., passport, school I.D., etc.) at the Redemption Booth at the Pavilions, G/F.
Once the application process is completed, all details (receipts, transactions, and personal information) submitted are deemed final and irrevocable.
