30 Thrills of Christmas 2025 Raffle Mechanics

  1. The 25 Thrills of Christmas shall run from December 1, 2025, to December 30, 2025.
  1. Customers with active Rockwellist App accounts with points redeemed from November 3 to December 30, 2025, are eligible for the 30 Thrills of Christmas Draw.
    1. Active Rockwellist App accounts with points in relation to the Rockwell Christmas Raffle and Elite Promo (DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-239239 Series of 2025)
    2. Active Rockwellist Elite and Elite Gold VIPs as of December 25 are eligible for the VIP Exclusive Raffle Draw from December 25 to 30, 2025.
  1. The promo is open to all shoppers at least 18 years of age, with a Philippine address, and an active Rockwellist mobile application account.
  1. Eligibility & Limitations of the 30 Thrills of Christmas Raffle:

The following groups, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle promo and are not eligible to participate in any raffle or other promotions with the element of chance:

  1. Rockwell Land Corporation’s employees, its subsidiaries, and service providers.
  2. Store-based employees, and staff of participating outlets/tenants.
  3. Business owners, head office employees, and other non-store-based employees of mall tenants, and participating outlets.
  1. Customers who will be needing assistance may proceed to The Rockwellist Christmas Raffle Concierge, located at the R1 Level (in front of Rimowa), to be assisted by the Raffle Tellers.
  1. Rockwell shall be digitally raffling one (1) surprise item each day from December 1 to December 30, 2025.
  1. The electronic raffle draw for the 30 Thrills of Christmas will be done daily at 6:00PM. The winners shall be notified via phone and email. The winners will also be announced daily on Power Plant Mall Instagram Stories, and weekly on the Power Plant Mall Facebook Page.
  1. To claim the prize, the winners shall present a valid I.D. (Driver’s License, Passport, National I.D., etc.), and the email confirmation at The Rockwellist Christmas Raffle Concierge area, located at the R1 Level (near Rimowa), to be assisted by the Rockwell Raffle Tellers.
  1. In the event that the winner cannot claim his/her prize personally, an authorization letter must be provided for the receiver, along with a photocopy of the winner’s valid I.D. upon claiming the prize.
  1. The winner has sixty (60) days to claim the prize from receipt of notification. Otherwise, this will be forfeited. 
  1. The redemption period shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification.
  1. The prize is not transferable, and not convertible to cash.
  1. Customers can only win once during the whole promo duration.
  1. The winner shall allow himself/herself to be featured in any, and all publicity materials connected to the promo.
  1. Upon joining the 30 Thrills of Christmas and/or the Elite Promo, the shopper explicitly authorizes Rockwell Land Corporation to process personal information and sensitive personal information in the performance of the promotion.   1. In case of any dispute, the decision of Rockwell shall be deemed final and irrevocable.
