The long-awaited The Rockwellist x GCash Reward has arrived. A new way to enjoy your rewards: convert your points into GCash vouchers at your favorite Power Plant Mall stores. Dine out, shop the latest collections, or treat yourself to something special. Your points now go even further with the convenience of GCash.
How to Convert Rockwellist Points to GCash Vouchers
1. Log in to your The Rockwellist app.
2. Tap the “Rewards” button on your homepage profile card.
3. Select your desired store voucher and amount (P500 and P1,000).
- P500 GCash Voucher = 5,000 Rockwellist Points
- P1,000 GCash Voucher = 10,000 Rockwellist Points
*After selection, you’ll be directed to your “MY REWARDS” page, where the claimed voucher will be placed.
5. Once you’re ready to use the voucher, click “Use now.” A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the conversion.
6. After tapping “Yes,” you’ll be redirected to the GCash app to log in.
How to Use Your GCash Voucher
1. After converting from the Rockwellist app, you will be redirected to the GCash app. Log in to your GCash account.
2. The voucher claim page will appear automatically. Tap “Claim” to redeem your voucher.
3.Your voucher is now stored in your GCash Voucher Pocket. It will be applied automatically when you pay at any participating merchant partner.
4. To use the voucher, simply scan the official GCash QR Code when paying at your chosen store. (Note: Vouchers can only be used at the brand’s Power Plant Mall or Rockwell Center branch.)

Usage and Limitations
Does the voucher expire?
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of conversion.
How many vouchers can I claim in a day?
- You can claim one of each voucher denomination per brand per day. This means you can get both a P500 and a P1,000 voucher from the same brand on the same day.
What mode of payments can I use?
- The full amount must be paid using your GCash app. The voucher will only work if you scan the official QR Code powered by GCash. Any remaining balance after the voucher value cannot be settled in cash or other modes of payment.
Can I use multiple vouchers in a single transaction?
- No, vouchers may not be stacked nor combined in a single purchase. You may only use one voucher per transaction.
Can I use the voucher for any purchase amount?
- No, the total value of your purchase must be greater than the voucher value to successfully apply it. For example, to use a P500 voucher, your total receipt amount must be P501 or more.
Can I use this in branches outside of Power Plant Mall and Rockwell Center?
- No. Vouchers can only be used at the brand’s Power Plant Mall or Rockwell Center branch.

What if I don’t have a GCash account?
- A GCash account is required to redeem the voucher. Download and sign up for a GCash account today: download here.
What should I do if my voucher doesn’t appear in my GCash app?
- Kindly check your internet connection or try restarting the app. If the voucher still does not reflect in your GCash app, please email retailmarketing@rockwell.com with your conversion details.
