Power Plant Mall is introducing a more convenient and seamless shopping experience in 2025 with the next evolution of the Rockwellist Rewards program. In line with its commitment to continuously enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, the mall will officially transition to a fully digital, scanner-based rewards system beginning June 1, 2025.
This means the manual receipt upload feature on the Rockwellist mobile app will be fully phased out, making way for faster, smoother, and more rewarding point accumulation.
Say Goodbye to Manual Entries
Starting June 1, 2025, all Rockwellist Rewards points will be earned exclusively through in-store scanner devices across participating Power Plant Mall tenants. Customers no longer need to manually enter receipt details or upload images—just scan your Rockwellist QR code, and you’re good to go.
How to Join Rockwellist Rewards
Getting started is easy. Here’s how:
- Download the latest version of The Rockwellist App via the App Store or Google Play.
- Tap “Sign Up” and complete your account registration form.
- Upon submission, a verification email with an activation link will be sent. Open your mail app and click “Activate your account here.”
- Once verified, reopen the Rockwellist app and log in to your account.
- Fill in your personal details and you’re all set to shop, scan, and earn.
How to Earn Rockwellist Points
Earn points every time you shop or dine at participating Rockwell establishments:
- Shop and dine as usual.
- At checkout:
a. For non-F&B tenants: Once your receipt is printed, tap your Rockwellist Rewards QR code (from the app) on the scanner.
b. For F&B tenants: Show your Rewards QR code to the staff—they’ll scan it using their mobile device.
c. For purchases on Shop.TheRockwellist.com: Enter the order reference number from your confirmation email into The Rockwellist app.
- Points are credited to your account within minutes.
For Tenants Eligible for Rockwellist Concierge Assistance:
Select tenants without a POS system are eligible for manual transaction upload through the Rockwellist Concierge. To qualify, transactions must be submitted on the same day of purchase. Requests made after the day of the transaction will no longer be accepted.
- Shop as usual.
- Wait for your official receipt to be printed.
- Proceed to the Rockwellist Pop-Up Booth at the R1 Level Lifestyle Hallway (located across Commonwealth).
- Approach our friendly concierge staff.
- Present the following:
a. One (1) valid ID
b. Your official receipt
c. Your Rockwellist mobile app

Understanding the Rockwellist Points System
Rockwellist points are classified into two types:
- Qualifying Points
Used to unlock and maintain your membership tier.
Valid for 12 months from the date of transaction.
Do not decrease when redeeming rewards.
Points earned from transactions older than 12 months are no longer qualified for tier membership unlocking, maintaining, or renewal. - Consumable Points
Used to redeem rewards from the Rockwellist catalog.
Valid for 24 months from the date of transaction.
May fluctuate depending on earned and redeemed points.

Moving Fully Digital
To make things simpler and more seamless, The Rockwellist is going fully digital.
Shoppers can now earn points instantly by scanning their Rewards QR code at checkout. Just a friendly reminder—manual uploads will only be accepted until June 1, 2025, so it’s best to keep the app handy while shopping.
